These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Shelftime, an employee scheduling platform provided by Thinetics LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Shelftime, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

Shelftime is available to all users. To access certain features, users must create an account. Both free and paid subscription tiers are offered. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

2. Use of the Platform

Users may create, manage, and share employee schedules through the platform. While we do not monitor user-generated content, users must not:

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or bypass security measures;
• Use the platform to avoid payment for services;
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules or our policies.

3. Our Rights

• Suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms;
• Modify, update, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

Shelftime is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Thinetics LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the platform, including but not limited to missed shifts, data loss, or service interruptions.

5. Account Termination

Users may delete their account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts due to inactivity or violation of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate jurisdiction within the U.S.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Shelftime after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
